Expand International of America, Inc., has moved twice since it first leased space at Stratford Executive Park. According to President, Bjorn G. Sao, "One of the reasons we selected this business park to begin with was to ensure our landlord could accommodate the anticipated growth." The world's largest manufacturer of portable displays, Expand's most recent move was from a 6,000 sf facility at 300 Long Beach Blvd. to 28,000 sf of space at 400 Long Beach Blvd. The new space incorporates 20,000 sf of warehouse space, 6,000 sf of office space and a 2,000 sf showroom.
A successful food manufacturer and private labeler, Aurora Products leased 38,340 sf at 400 Long Beach Boulevard in Stratford Executive Park for its 150+ employee company. The company, which packages nuts, granola, trail mix and dried fruits, and supplies major retail chains such as A&P, Stew Leonards, Stop & Shop and Whole Foods, originally operated out of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
